As DSOP said, check out Joel on AH's Live at the Galaxy Theatre 2000 DVD, Cosa Mesa, CA; fusion power trio with Dave Carpenter on bass...I like it better when there's a keybdst laying down the underlying melodic & enharmonic changes, but you can still hear it with AH & Dave C...it still smokes nevertheless ;c)
JT's a great player. Cool & aggressive blend of, yes - Tony, GHusband, & a bit of Gadd & Weck...and of course, his own thing as well. ;c)
Last I saw Jeff's group play live [opened for CCEB ReU late 2002] he had Gottlieb on kit...don't know who he will have now...
His site doesn't appear to have tour member info, so I would recommend contacting him at his site.
